    Lisbon Office 

    Reservation Agent - Multiple languages - We are looking for friendly, service oriented and easygoing reservations Agent candidates that are fluent speakers in at least one of the following languages:

    Job entails handling incoming calls from direct clients as well as Travel Agencies for car rental requests worldwide, as well as handling email enquiries. Candidates should have competent knowledge of English, which is our corporate language as well as excellent phone manners, good knowledge of worldwide geography and good PC-skills (MS Office).

    Account Manager Sales (m/f) – French market Munich Office

    What Will I Do? - Key Functional Areas of Responsibility

    • Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters
    • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
    • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
    • Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts and customer stakeholders
    • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
    • Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
    • Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas
    • Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
    • Prepare reports on account status
    • Collaborate with sales team to identify and grow opportunities within territory
    • Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed

    What Should I Have? - Professional Competencies

    • Proven work experience as a Key Account Manager, Account Manager, Junior Account Manager or relevant role in the tourism industry
    • Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level
    • Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
    • Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at the same time, whilst maintaining sharp attention to detail
    • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities
    • Analytical skills and excellent knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel and Power Point)
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills
    • Fluency in French and English (written/spoken) is essential, plus other language skills are welcome

    Sales Executive (m/f) – French Market Munich Office

    What Will I Do? - Key Functional Areas of Responsibility

    • Maintaining relationships with clients by providing support, information and guidance
    • Researching and recommending new opportunities for profit-making and service improvements
    • Identifying new business opportunities and evaluating their industry potential
    • Researching and analyzing sales options
    • Implementation and administration of new trade prospects (potential partners)
    • Creating business reports and presentations for key partners
    • Maintenance of our in-house database
    • Contributing to the team’s efforts by accomplishing related results, as required

    What Should I Have? - Professional Competencies

    • Proven experience as a sales executive or relevant position would be an advantage
    • Fluency in French and English (written/spoken), plus any other language skills
    • Capacity to learn quickly with a passion for sales
    • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
    • Strong and effective organizational and communication skills
    • High level of customer care and an ability to multi-task
    • Willingness to invest time and energy in Auto Europe’s future success
    • Analytical skills and a good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel and Power Point)

    Online Marketing Executive - German and Dutch Munich Office

    For our European headquarters in Munich, Germany we are looking for German and Dutch Online Marketing Executives.

    Your responsiblities include:

    • Search engine optimization of the respective country websites
    • Write, maintain and update relevant landing pages
    • Write texts for Auto Europe newsletters and advertisements as required
    • Social media and other activities relating to the respective source markets

    Required qualifications include:

    • Fluency in English in addition to your native language - German or Dutch
    • Excellent writing skills in your native language
    • Good knowledge of MS Office and willingness to learn how to work with CMS
    • Basic knowledge of HTML would be of advantage
    • Good team player with dedication to detail and good organizational skills
